About Jubilee City Church

Apostle Ellis Smith is the founder and overseer of Jubilee City Church. It was founded in May 1981 by he and his wife, Pastor Maria. Recently, Jubilee City Church has relocated to Redford Twp, MI and is becoming a stabilizing force in that city. Jubilee City is a multi-cultural and generational ministry with a thrust of the apostolic and prophetic movement. JCC remains a forerunner in releasing the sound of Heaven through praise, worship and instruction of a present day message for God’s people.

Jubilee is fast becoming an Apostolic Hub by where other Five-Fold ministry gifts are being trained and released to their sphere of influence. One of the ministries chief purposes is to be a beacon light in the said city and region, advancing the kingdom of God with a heavenly agenda, transforming lives, community outreach and missions.
